Refund and cancellation policy

Price

$2.99 per month (US dollars), plus any sales tax or VAT shown at checkout. It renews automatically every month until you cancel.

Every new customer starts with a 14-day free trial. You do not need a credit card to start it and you are not charged during the trial. If you do not add a payment method before the trial ends, your access simply pauses and nothing is charged.

Cancel any time

Open CherrySpotter, go to License and tap Manage Subscription. It opens a secure Stripe page where you can cancel in a few taps. No email or phone call is needed.

If you cancel during your free trial, your access ends right away and nothing is charged. If you cancel a paid subscription, it is not renewed and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for (the app shows the date). You are not charged again.

Price changes

If we ever change the price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal, in the app, on this website, or by email through Stripe. You can cancel before it takes effect; if you do not, the new price applies from that renewal. The price you agreed to stays in force until then.

Refunds

• 7-day refund. If you are not satisfied, email support@cherrypickerapp.com within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. No questions asked.
• Billing mistakes. If you were charged by mistake or twice, tell us and we will fix it and refund the extra charge.
• Later renewals. We do not refund the part of a month that has already started. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid the next charge.
• Where the money goes. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used and usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Payments are handled by Stripe through Link, which also keeps your receipts.
• Refunded or disputed payments. When a payment is refunded or charged back, the license it paid for ends.
